Across the Academy Awards, Tribeca Film Festival, Creative Artists Agency, Vera Wang, and related projects, I learned how memorable brand moments are built: through a strong audience idea, culturally relevant creative, coordinated partners, and rigorous execution across physical and digital channels.

Produced the Academy Awards red-carpet fan experience on Hollywood Boulevard and official fan viewing party at the El Capitan Theatre for 800+ attendees. Directed global sweepstakes, vendor coordination, staffing, partnerships, and live-event execution.
Managed the Tribeca Festival volunteer program across NYC venues—recruiting and training teams, directing venue staff, creating schedules and communications, and supporting seamless on-site experiences.
Supported Academy special events and screenings while leading digital engagement for year-round programs, promotions, and fan experiences.
As Campus Marketing Director for Drake Bulldogs men’s basketball, supported promotions, student engagement, and game-day activations.
For the Des Moines Arts Festival, directed the Emerging Artists program, produced live activations, and supported event production and marketing operations.
These experiences developed an understanding of how audiences, communities, talent, sponsors, content, and live environments come together around shared cultural moments.
At CAA, supported creative operations for global campaigns, branded entertainment, partnerships, and activations for clients including Coca-Cola, Starbucks, GAP, Microsoft, Delta, Moët & Chandon, Hasbro, Mattel, Starwood, Wynn, and Virgin Australia.
Projects included Starbucks/(RED), GAP “Vote For,” GAP/(RED), music videos, entertainment content, and major travel and hospitality brand launches. Coordinated workflows, presentations, budgets, partners, and deliverables across creative and production teams.
At Vera Wang, managed VIP and showroom operations while supporting fashion presentations, bridal shows, press events, market appointments, and executive communications.
Provided PR, production, and personal support to celebrity chef and television host Carla Hall during a book tour, media appearances, television production, and agency transition.
Collaborated with GQ’s fashion team on a cover shoot and seasonal trend reporting.
Managed Academy social media and content strategy, including year-round programming, promotions, sweepstakes, e-commerce, theatrical partnerships, and fan engagement surrounding the Oscars.
Collaborated with media platforms, sponsors, national theater chains, agencies, venues, and creative partners to extend experiences across live, social, digital, promotional, and partnership channels.
This foundation continues to inform how I approach experiential marketing today: connecting strategy, culture, creative development, production, partnerships, and audience experience from concept through execution.
